As our Brand Manager, you’ll bring that message to life by building and executing fun, engaging, and taboo-breaking marketing campaigns that get people excited about health.
As the Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing and supporting breakthrough brand campaigns, social content, events, partnerships, and brand experiences, with the goals to elevate brand presence and drive business growth for O Positiv.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of advertising, branding, and storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, strategic, and visionary creative to make a massive impact. Reporting to the Head of Brand, the Brand Manager will work closely with the brand team and cross-functionally within the organization to further expand marketing efforts and develop our product and brand.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Detail-oriented campaign management, including execution of briefings, creative strategy & deliverables, ensuring we are meeting execution timelines and benchmarks, updating and maintaining marketing materials, and working with the team to develop in-sync and cohesive messaging.
- Utilize research insights, performance metrics, and other data available to inform, track and optimize campaigns. Help with post-campaign recaps and identify opportunities.
- Help establish and ensure that O Positiv’s voice is successfully implemented across projects, helping to maintain consistency across all channels.
- Work with Social Media Manager to create engaging content to spread awareness about our mission and products.
- Own relationship with PR partners, driving both creative ideation and execution in partnership with an external agency.
- Oversee and execute all brand events in partnership with our Events Leads and Head of Brand.
- Syndicate insights across the org so that all parts of O Positiv can exemplify brand messages.
- Grow capabilities so that O Positiv can reach audiences in new ways.
Qualifications and Skills
Work Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in conceptual and effective marketing campaigns at an agency or client-side direct-to-consumer creative team, with deep knowledge of storytelling that engages consumers.
- Ideal candidates have spent time managing deliverables that span cross-platform and have experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, brand merch, and other marketing materials.
- Writing inspired creative briefs: You know how to write a single minded creative brief that inspires great creative work.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms (including emerging ones) and measurement tools; ability to use analytics to develop and evolve strategy.
- Strong collaboration with team members at all levels to ensure projects are effective and meet brand guidelines, compliance and overall project goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree

Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Passion for e-commerce, consumer retail and/or digital marketing is a plus
- Experience with digital media (i.e.- Digital TV CTV, OTT, social media, etc.)
- Passionate about women’s health!
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $120,000 - $130,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.

- Position will be based out of Santa Monica, Los Angeles - in person (Mon-Thurs in office/Friday remote)
