*Roles and Responsibilities of a Manager, Legal & Compliance (Regulatory Affairs Specialist)
*

Support financial license applications in various jurisdictions
Prepare and review regulatory documents and communications
Support on communications with regulators and managing regulatory relationships
Engage with senior members of the organization on regulatory matters
Collaborate closely with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in the payments and digital assets industry
Assist in developing and implementing regulatory strategies
Assist in commercial contract review and drafting

*Qualification: *

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related)
3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the payments or fintech industry
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
