At Inferless, we specialize in deploying custom machine learning models in a serverless environment. Our approach ensures minimal cold starts, making GPU inference workloads both speedy and cost-effective. Trusted by fast growing AI companies like Cleanlab, Tenyx, Simplified, Omi among others.
In the last few months, organically we have been able to drive tons of CTOs, Data Scientist, ML Engineers, AI Engineers to our waitlist. Now as we prepare for our next phase of growth, we are looking to hire a founding sales development representative for our team who can basically own the entire 0 to 1 aspect of pipeline creation at Inferless.The key part is that you have previously worked with developers and understand the nuances that’s required and not be salesy.
About company: We have so far raised $3 Million Seed round and are backed by Investors like PeakXV (formerly Sequoia India), Antler and Blume Ventures. We are team of 8 people (5 Engineers + 1 Designer + 2 Founders) distributed between Bengaluru & San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation from Inbound Sources: Effectively qualify incoming Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and increase the conversion rates to Sales Qualified Leads ( SQLs). Address prospects' needs with appropriate content & documentation to spark interest.
- Pipeline Generation from Outbound: Identify and prospect new contacts in line with our use cases and buyer personas.
- Funnel Management & Optimization: Consistently schedule qualified meetings to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals using multi-channel and multi-touch prospecting cadences and tactics.Ensure strong data hygiene in CRM
- Social Acquisition: Leverage social acquisition techniques on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and developer forums to engage with and grow a developer audience. Build relationships with prospects, share relevant content, and drive conversations that lead to sales opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2+ years of sales development experience managing both inbound and outbound funnels from developer Infrastructure space(e.g., AI Infra,Compute). Experience with open-source and product-led growth (PLG) models is a plus.
- Developer-Friendly Approach: Comfortable engaging with developers in a non-salesy manner, focusing on understanding their needs and providing value without being pushy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent across multiple levels, including qualification questions, impactful demos.
- Driven and Motivated: Ability to work in autonomous manner. If you can code that’s a plus.
