Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager / Business Development professional to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of SEO and digital marketing, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Account-Based Targeting: Utilize LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot to target and engage specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lemonet’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on sales performance, using analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO industry.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot for account-based mapping and outbound marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
