About the role
As a Sales Associate at EthicsAnswer, you will play a vital role our customer success and sales functions. In this role you will be focussing on generating quality sale leads through LinkedIn, over the phone, on zoom/video call and at conference. This will include researching opportunities, speaking with prospective customers, and showcasing our products. You will collaborate with stakeholders from across the company in particular providing customer feedback to our product and data teams.
The ideal candidate should be proactive and a self-starter. Equally they must possess strong communication skills, confidence to work with clients and have a proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot. While not required, experience or knowledge of B2B selling, knowledge of ESG or sustainability and experience with AI tools are preferred. This role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth, with a mix of co-working office-based and remote work conditions (We work a 4-day week too!).
Please note that the salary is £32,000 OTE

- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Ability to understand client needs and report back to product team.
- Passion for sustainability and driving positive environmental and social impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, ESG, sustainability, or related fields.
- Proven track record in business analysis, data analysis, or project management.
- Familiarity with ESG language (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot
- Knowledge of AI and automation tools is advantageous.
