Responsibilities:

1. Write High-Performant Code: Develop robust and efficient backend systems that can handle a high volume of transactions and user interactions.
2. Design and Write Algorithms: Create and optimize algorithms that meet our business needs, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
3. Optimize Code: Continuously improve and refine existing code to enhance performance and efficiency.
4. Deploy: Manage the deployment of applications to ensure smooth and seamless releases.
5. Test: Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring the reliability and stability of the applications.
6. Product Ideation and Development: Contribute to product ideation and development, bringing innovative ideas to the table and helping shape the future of our products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Expertise in algorithm design and optimization.
• Preferred if from IIT / NIT / IIIT with proved record of writing strong algorithmic code.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages and frameworks, preferably Spring boot and Java.
• Experience with database management and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Familiarity with deployment and testing processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
