Job Title: web Suppprt
Job Type: Full-time, Rotating Shifts (including nights)
Working Days:Mon-Sat

Responsibilities:

• Handle rotating shifts, often working at night to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
• Set up WordPress websites and troubleshoot basic WordPress issues
• Manage domains, nameservers and dns records.
• Respond promptly and politely to clients' IT queries, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple issues by logging into Linux servers.
• Accurately log all support requests and document resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
• Provide proactive support and monitor systems to prevent issues before they arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support.
• At least 1 year of experience with WordPress setup and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of DNS record management.
• Experience with domain and nameserver management.
• Good knowledge of basic Linux commands and file structure.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to take charge of problems, understand the situation, and solve problems quickly.
• Experience in programming languages or PHP is a plus.
• Knowledge of database structures and other IT concepts is a plus.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
