QA Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support.

2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the QA team.
   Test Strategy & Planning:

3. Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.

4. Ensure alignment of testing processes with project goals and timelines.

5. Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.

6. Monitor and report on test progress, defect metrics, and overall QA effectiveness.

7. Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
   8.Communicate QA results, issues, and risks to the relevant teams and management.

8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in QA methodologies.

9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques.

10. Identify and assess risks related to quality and provide mitigation strategies.

11. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines where applicable.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in using test management and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and SQL for database testing.
