PRODUCT GROWTH LEAD (STARLINK)
Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, will deliver low-latency broadband internet worldwide. You will join the Growth team that is responsible for launching, growing, and improving Starlink around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Starlink Product Growth Lead will be responsible for scaling specific product offerings across the globe
- Analyze financial impact and forecast of growth experiments to support prioritization of business and engineering initiatives
- Oversee the online purchase and activation customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and leading scoping and implementation of changes
- Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches
- Lead development and execution of strategic programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize global sales for a product category
- Research industry ecosystems to inform the business on product positioning
Communicate and drive product improvements across the business by working with key stakeholders including Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of cumulative work/internship experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
- Experience with Excel
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
- 1+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams
- Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
- Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills
- Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
- Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python
- Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
- Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range:
Product Growth Lead: $90,000.00 -$115,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
