Win New Businesses
- Leverage on existing relationships and network
- Create and nurture new relationships through cold calls, meetings, etc
- Identify verticals where Xendit can play to win
- Hunt and win new accounts for Xendit and grow our business 2x in a year
Generate Revenue
- Evaluate leads for alignment with strategic objectives and revenue potential
- Actively communicate with leads to determine needs and solutions
- Match qualified leads with the right sales rep to close deal
Minimum Qualifications
- You love meeting people and are willing to do anything it takes to make a sale, including meeting customers, attending conferences/seminars, etc.
- You have had consistent success in different sales roles and have a proven consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Independent and have strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills to thrive in a start-up or high growth culture.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effortlessly
- Data-driven - you rely on data to make decisions and you expect the same from everyone else
Preferred Qualifications
- Have 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a technology environment selling complex solutions to businesses, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, Banking or financial institution
