About the role:
We are looking for a talented Associate / Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations to join our Strategy & Operations team. Led by a former Bain Manager, this team is reporting directly into the CEO, with a mission to support Aircall strategic plan definition & execution, framing analytics & key processes and delivering critical strategic projects.
What you will do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the range of strategic and operational questions for our GTM leadership globally.
- Develop performance tracking frameworks and insights to report to C-suite & GTM leadership.
- Define and own incentive framework, target attainment and capacity planning models.
- Frame & automatize weekly reporting dashboards for the GTM leadership team, collaborating cross-functionally with our Marketing Operations, and Data & Systems teams
- Perform change management to drive adoption of new processes, analytics, methodologies within the GTM leadership & across the GTM organization, collaborating with the Enablement function
- Design, launch and lead global transformation programs to deliver improvements to our GTM operating model, notably via implementing standard SaaS processes (e.g. Sales-Success handover, renewal & risk process)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR/BDR, Partnership, Account Executives, Customer Success and Systems team to optimize our use of Sales & Success tools (e.g. Salesforce, Chilipiper, Totango).
What you'll bring:
- You have 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in revenue or business operations in a tech or SaaS environment. Direct experience in Sales or Success Operations and a background in strategy consulting or in investment banking a strong plus.
- You are analytical and data-driven, you master analytical tools or you learn fast (e.g., Looker, SQL, Salesforce reports)
- You are not afraid to get your hands dirty (e.g., doing analysis/ looking for data by yourself on a daily basis)
- You are able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You have solid prioritization skills, and you like defending your choices towards seasoned executives
- You have a solid business sense and a good ability to take a step-back on analysis to drive insights
- You are a results-driven, analytical yet empathic leader
