DAZN is the global destination for sports streaming, offering fans access to live and on-demand sports content. We are expanding our team in Taiwan and are looking for a talented Executive to join our OTT team. This role is essential in driving our OTT strategy and subscriber growth in the region. If you have a passion for digital media and a proven track record in OTT sales, this is a fantastic opportunity for you. As an Executive in the OTT team, you will be responsible for implementing the annual sales strategy for DAZN’s OTT services in Taiwan. Your role will focus on driving B2C subscriber growth and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with internal teams and contribute to the execution of campaigns designed to increase our subscriber base.
The internal job title will be OTT Executive, you'll be based in our Taipei City office.
AS OUR NEW (EXECUTIVE, OTT) YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Implement Sales Strategy
- Execute the annual sales strategy for OTT services as directed by the Senior Manager.
- Support the development of tactical plans to reach strategic objectives.
- Drive Subscriber Growth
- Actively engage in initiatives to boost B2C subscriber numbers.
- Implement targeted marketing and sales campaigns to attract new subscribers.
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Contribute to achieving specific OTT sales growth targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Market Engagement
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends.
- Provide insights and feedback on market conditions and competitive positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other relevant teams to ensure the effective delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Assist in aligning sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
- Maintain high standards of operational execution and stakeholder communication.
YOU’LL HAVE:
- Minimum of 10 years in a similar position within the OTT, digital media, or related fields.
- Proven experience in driving OTT subscriber growth and sales.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the OTT market and consumer behaviour in Taiwan.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
