Marketing and Business Development Manager

As the Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and establishing a strong presence in the Greater Manchester market.

Reporting directly to the regional director, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing a deep familiarity with the new market and spearheading the effort to establish a strong local presence and grow the business.
• Overseeing all expansion projects, identifying the most suitable suppliers and partners, and maintaining robust, collaborative relationships with them.
• Proactively seeking out new client opportunities and expanding the reach and impact of the company's marketing services in the region.
• Securing a portfolio of strategic event partnerships that will enhance the company's competitiveness and visibility in the market.
• Closely monitoring the operations and performance of the new market, and providing regular, insightful reports to the company's leadership team.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with a deep understanding of the UK market
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong sales and business development acumen, adept at identifying and capitalizing on new client opportunities
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and industry developments, with the ability to provide insightful analysis
• Proficient in using data analysis tools to derive effective market strategies
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with the international team
• Proven project management skills and a collaborative team player
