Join our team as the Toulouse Technical Program Manager for our Ground Product teams. In this role, you'll contribute directly by assisting our product development teams in their planning, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions on time. Help "pave the road" by developing lightweight and intuitive processes that can further drive team efficiencies. You will also work closely with Technical Program Managers across Loft to help guide how teams work effectively and efficiently together.

About the Role:
- Represent Ground Products in program and mission development, attending key meetings and activities. Monitor progress and communicate changes in priorities, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish baseline kick-off and implementation processes for Ground Products in programs and missions. Develop processes and tools to evaluate custom work or off-baseline requirements.
- Synthesize program and mission requirements for product roadmaps, track progress, and collaborate with the team to manage risks and blockers.
- Support team leads in creating standards, best practices, and streamlined processes for feature development and delivery.
- Contribute to product roadmaps and engage in long-term planning.
Must-Haves
- Background in either the aerospace industry (system engineering, satellite operations, etc) or software web applications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and SDLC standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in data visualization.
- Strong interpersonal skills; capable of influencing others without formal authority.
- Experience in tech startups, new space startups, or organizations developing integrated hardware and software solutions.
- Willingness to travel to the US for work once or twice a year.
Nice-to-Haves
- Proficient with Jira Global Configuration or familiar with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management).
- Proficient in Python.
- Experience in Product Management.
- Previous experience working with an international team across time zones.
