About the Role

In this role, you will oversee the technical team responsible for integrating Chimoney's services with various partners and ensuring the highest quality standards. This position is pivotal to our mission of delivering seamless and reliable financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering Team
• Lead and manage the Web, Mobile and Integration support team, ensuring seamless integration of Chimoney's services with partners.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of reliability and performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in integration support and QA. Collaborate with the product manager and engineering team to define integration and QA requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for integration support and QA activities.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

You will need to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on integration support and quality assurance.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Web (Next, Node, React, Express, Tailwind) , Mobile (React Native, Expo, Android and iOS) and RestAPI technologies and QA methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
