Founding Head of Commercial

As the third employee of the company, we are looking for commercial leader with a owner mindset. This person will work closely with the CEO and technical lead to bring the product to market. Check out our intro deck for more info.

Our GTM targets NAEYC-accredited centers from https://ais.naeyc.org/search_programs
We will be offering free (we don't expect to charge these centers any money in the next 24 months) enrollment and onboarding platform for the centers.
The parents of the enrolling children will pay a susbcription fee that gives them access to the child care center and an AI-powered tutoring tool.

In the first 2 months:

• Sign 10 centers with a non-binding term sheet
• Sign 2 centers to an agreement
• Help onboard 2 centers to the platform

In the first 6 months:

• Sign 60 centers with a non-binding term sheet from
• Sign 10 centers to an agreement
• Help onboard 10 centers to the platform
• Sign up 40 families to the platform

In the first 12 months:

• Sign 120 centers with a non-binding term sheet from
• Sign 30 centers to an agreement
• Help onboard 30 centers to the platform
• Sign up 100 families to the platform
• Be default enrollment platform for at least one national brand
• Deploy enrollment platform in at least one city or county program
