Full Stack Developer (MERN/React Native/Flutter)

As our ideal Full Stack (React Native/MERN/Flutter) Developer, you will:

• Maintain and enhance existing React systems, including bug fixing and performance optimization.
• Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements.
• Install and configure server environments for React deployments.
• Manage and update project dependencies, resolving any conflicts efficiently.
• Collaborate with fellow JavaScript developers and software engineers to build well-structured, flexible front-end and back-end architecture, including supporting APIs.

You are the perfect fit if you possess:

• Strong expertise in Flutter, React and React Native, NodeJS, MongoDB, and Express. These are the core technologies we utilize.
• 5+ years of experience building production-level mobile apps. You've shipped apps and understand the entire development lifecycle.
• An independent "hacker" mindset with the ability to suggest and execute plans to significantly reduce development timelines. We value initiative and creative problem-solving.
• A consultative approach, advising others on how to best achieve features for scalability and business goals. You're a strategic thinker who can see the big picture.
• The ability to independently overcome roadblocks and "figure things out." Resourcefulness and resilience are key.

• We are a fully remote company with a global team. Flexibility with time zones and excellent communication skills are crucial.
• All new Topflight Apps team members undergo a one-month trial period to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment on expectations.
• This is a contract opportunity with an expected workload ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
