As we expand our reach, we’re looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Digital Marketing and Sales Outreach Interns.

Position Summary
As a Digital Marketing and Sales Outreach Intern at Buildly you will play a vital role in amplifying our digital presence and driving our sales efforts. This internship provides an incredible opportunity to learn about digital marketing, lead generation, and sales outreach while actively contributing to the growth of our company. You’ll be at the forefront of engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and helping to convert prospects into loyal customers.
Location: Remote
Duration: 3-6 months
Compensation: This internship is unpaid but offers the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.

What You’ll Do

  1. Expand Our Digital Footprint LinkedIn Engagement: Develop and manage LinkedIn profiles, connect with target prospects, and grow a professional network. Content Creation: Assist in crafting engaging posts, articles, and updates that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand visibility.
  2. Drive Lead Generation and Sales Outreach: Identify and connect with software companies and startups. Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages. Company Identification: Research and identify companies that could benefit from our products and services. Analyze their needs and how our solutions can meet those needs. Follow-Up: Engage with potential leads through follow-ups, and schedule calls or meetings to discuss their needs and how our solutions can benefit them. Lead Management: Maintain and update a database of prospects, track interactions, and monitor conversion progress using CRM tools.
  3. Schedule Calls and Meetings Prospect Engagement: Actively seek out potential customers, initiate conversations, and identify key decision-makers. Appointment Setting: Schedule calls or virtual meetings between potential clients and our sales team for detailed discussions and product demonstrations. Preparation: Ensure prospects have all necessary information before the scheduled calls, and prepare summaries or briefings for the sales team.
  4. Collaborate and Learn Team Interaction: Work closely with our team to align outreach strategies with our overall marketing goals. Training: Receive training on digital marketing strategies, sales techniques, and the effective use of tools like LinkedIn and ChatGPT. Feedback: Participate in regular check-ins to discuss progress, receive guidance, and refine outreach approaches.
  5. Optimize Outreach Strategies Data Utilization: Analyze the effectiveness of different outreach strategies, track engagement metrics, and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights. Automation Tools: Utilize tools such as ChatGPT to streamline message creation and enhance communication efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
Current Students or Recent Graduates (This is not a requirement) Ideally in marketing, business, communication, or related fields.
Excellent Communicators: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
Proactive Learners: Enthusiasm for learning new skills and tools, with a keen interest in digital marketing and sales.
Social Media Savvy: Basic understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Experience in managing personal or professional profiles is a plus.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while effectively contributing to team goals.
