Research Scientist/ Engineer Intern

Responsibilities
A deep passion for tackling real-world problems on a large scale through the application of Machine Learning.
Some research experience with a focus on delivering quality results.
Basic understanding of the end-to-end ML application development process.
Familiarity with machine learning methods, including supervised and unsupervised learning Good software engineering skills with experience in languages such as Scala, Java, or Python Exposure to tools like Spark, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Good mathematical skills with a basic understanding of statistical methods • Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving skills & Strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Reward models, LLM Alignment models, and RLHF in practical applications. Understanding of Personalization, Recommendations, Deep Learning, Bandits, Causal ML, and large-scale ML systems.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Interest in taking on technical leadership roles.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Exposure to cloud computing platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
Interest in applied research within industrial settings.
Involvement in research with publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences on relevant topics.
