We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and help us build cutting-edge solutions that delight homeowners and help our service providers grow and succeed.

Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in crafting engaging user interfaces across our digital products, including mobile apps, web platforms, and email campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and define intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while owning the end-to-end design process from concept to final handoff.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, analyze user behavior, and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Analyze user behavior data and metrics to continuously improve the design experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally within a digital product-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across mobile, web, and other digital mediums.
• Proficiency in Figma with the ability to create design systems and interactive prototypes.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working on cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Additional Experience (Preferred, but not required):

• Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces or B2C digital platforms.
• Basic front-end development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) to better understand implementation.
