We're in search of a hungry Business Development & Sponsorship Manager to join our team, playing a pivotal role in expanding our network and enriching our offerings through new strategic partnerships and sponsorships. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving revenue by building relationships, forge new partnerships, and lead the integration and execution of partnership strategies. You will possess exceptional consultative selling skills, a passion for revenue growth, the ability to set strategic vision and remove blockers, and a willingness to execute tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
We're looking for candidates with a solid history in sponsorship management within the hospitality/entertainment industry, possessing outstanding negotiation skills and a sharp business acumen to spot and cultivate opportunities into fruitful collaborations.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities.
- Drive revenue by seeking partnerships with various direct clients and agencies.
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Ensure that our sponsors receive the highest level of customer service and manage expectations.
- Cultivate and strengthen existing sponsor connections.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for potential sponsorships.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to craft sponsorship strategies.
- Develop a scalable framework for formalizing sponsorships..
- Take charge of sponsorship reporting and performance tracking.
- Ensure sponsors deliver on all commitments.
