Account Executive (Sales) for Marketing Agency

Rich Ventures Marketing is a subscription based marketing agency that works with small businesses to own marketing strategy, implementation, and execution without traditional expensive hourly billable hours. Rich Ventures Marketing was started with a goal to help small business owners/managers focus on their business instead of keeping up with marketing - we handle all of your social media execution and management, website management, other paid ads management (at an additional low cost) for as low as $999/mo with an annual commitment.

Our differential is that we are looking to build an "incubator" branch of our clients and help with their sales and go-to-market strategy. Think about the software engineers that have an idea but don't know how to get buzz to raise some money. We'll work with them to figure out how to get into the market as well as have our sales reps sell not only our agency services, but also the products/betas of the startups in our incubator.

• Create a sales pipeline and closing scalable process with workflows, SOPs, and templates
• Execute sales strategy and FIND && CLOSE NEW CUSTOMERS
• Strategize and execute organic non-paid lead generation campaigns
• Research audience segmentation to target specific industries for lead generation

• Develop a Hiring Plan to build a scalable sales organization
• Manage all business operations to ensure overall flow outside of marketing operation services
