VP of Engineering

Role Description
We are looking for a VP of Engineering to lead a team building with ML and Computer Vision models while upholding the highest ethical standards. You will manage a team of software engineers building core components of our foundational technology. You will be responsible for delivering high quality code on time that delights our users.

Lead a team building full-stack applications with language models
Hire and mentor software engineers
Ensure quality through testing and code reviews
Integrate with third-party services and data sources
Drive roadmaps, plan and prioritize features, business metrics and OKRs

The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, and an entrepreneurial drive to stay on top of the evolving landscape.

This is a key leadership role in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications
Degree in CS or related technical field, significant experience with full-stack development
Hands-on builder with excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience about recruiting, scaling, and retaining engineering talent
Passionate about building a culture of engineering excellence
Ideally has experience with ML and Computer Vision
