Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles for both web and mobile applications.
• Focus on frontend development to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs using React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, MUI components etc.
• * Ensure the responsiveness and performance of web and mobile applications across different devices and platforms.
• Identify and fix UI/UX bugs to enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and preferences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporate them into your work.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with MUI components and familiarity with the MERN stack and Next.js.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BTech, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 0.5-1.5 years of experience in a UI/UX Designer role or similar technical positions.
• Understanding of development and experience with manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
