The Role:
Minted is seeking a detail-oriented, mission-driven Community Coordinator who will manage relationships with Minted’s global community of independent artists. This role is ideal for a creative, highly organized individual who is passionate about supporting the careers of independent artists and designers. This role will support artists submitting design files to Minted and be our point person for artist-facing communication regarding files. The Artist Relations team supports, engages, develops, and retains Minted’s talented community of artists, which is the soul of the company and core to our mission.
Our SF-based Artist Relations team has an in-person 3x a week schedule.

You Will:
- Help manage our artist support email inboxes, resolving issues and answering questions for artists who are submitting their high resolution design files (typically Illustrator files) to Minted.
- Develop self-service help content for artists that will help reduce the number of questions we receive regarding files.
- Provide general administrative support across Artist Relations, such as fulfilling prizes for artists.
- Support overall Artist Community initiatives, including artist event logistics, community conference calls, and more.
- Act as an internal advocate for our artist community, routing community feedback to appropriate teams, including merchandising, brand, marketing, product management, and engineering.
You Are:
- Passionate about supporting designers and artists.
- Solutions-oriented and positive, ready to provide excellent support to our artists and build relationships with our community members.
- Resilient in handling customer or client feedback.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. You love checking things off your to-do list and you sweat the details.
- A strong writer and verbal communicator.
You Have:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator
- Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with email marketing tools and customer support or CRM tools is a plus
Note: this role will be expected to travel approximately once per year to support our annual Artist Community Retreat
Compensation:
The compensation range for the role applies to both employment offers and Minted employees actively working in the role. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.
Geo Base Full Salary Range 0 - Includes SF Bay Area $62,320 - $93,480(Midpoint $77,900)
This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and stock options.
