What We're Doing

AirOps is the platform teams use to build scalable AI growth engines. Teams use AirOps to build and launch AI workflows that use AI models, techniques, and data sources to drive profitable growth. All without a dev team.

Teams use AirOps to:

• Create automated content engines that generate organic traffic at scale
• Personalize landing pages for paid ads and lifecycle to drive improvements in CVR and ROAS
• Build and orchestrate AI workflows that improve CX and sales efficiency

Our founding team has owned growth, product, and engineering at MasterClass, Bungalow, and Teespring. We’re backed by awesome investors, including Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, Founder Collective, XFund, Village Global, and Alt Capital.

We are a proudly global organization with team members across in-person hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Montevideo, Uruguay.

Who We Need

Our customers often need help getting their workflows setup on AirOps. This can be a combination of prompt engineering, data source setup, Python and integration. We're looking for a talented AI Solutions Engineer to join our team and work hand-in-hand with our enterprise customers to get them stood up. In this role, you'll co-build AirOps workflows and help customers adopt our platform across their teams. You'll be a key player in driving the success of our customers and the growth of AirOps.

You might be right fit if you answer ‘Yes’ to the following questions:

• Do you have experience building with automation platforms?
• Do you have experience and interest in LLM prompt engineering to drive high quality, reliable outputs from models?
• Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy customer interactions?
• (bonus) Do you have familiarity working in Python and working with APIs?

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience of building workflows and/or automations that leverage LLMs
• Understanding of AI concepts and LLM prompting techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Methodical, structured approach to problem solving

• Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs and goals
• Build custom AI workflows using AirOps Studio, our intuitive workflow builder
• Gather feedback and insights from customers to inform product improvements

Here's what you can expect to do after you're onboarded:

• Train customers on how to use AirOps and provide ongoing support
• Contribute to the development of best practices and templates for AI workflows
• Work cross-functionally with our product and engineering teams to shape the future of AirOps
