Web3 Community Growth and Marketing Lead

Arrow Markets, the pioneering decentralized options trading platform, is seeking a creative and dynamic Community Growth and Marketing Lead to drive our online presence and engage our vibrant trading community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to grow Arrow Markets' brand awareness and attract new users
• Create compelling memes, graphics, and multimedia content that resonates with the crypto trading community
• Plan and run engaging web3 initiatives such as trading competitions and educational campaigns to promote options trading on Arrow Markets
• Manage and grow Arrow Markets' social media presence across key platforms like X, Discord, and Telegram
• Engage with the broader crypto ecosystem and build friendly relationships (and occasional playful "rivalries") with other perpetual futures and options exchanges
• On-board key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the trading space and coordinate campaigns with them and their communities
• Monitor crypto trading trends and sentiment to inform content strategy and messaging
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate new features and gather community feedback

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of community management and marketing experience, preferably in the crypto/web3 space
• Deep knowledge of and passion for crypto, DeFi, and options/derivatives trading
• Highly creative with strong copywriting and meme-making skills
• Plugged into major crypto/DeFi trading communities with established relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers
• Ability to analyze community/social data and translate insights into growth strategies
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
