Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be proficient in a wide range of design and prototyping tools. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences that are intuitive, efficient, and delightful for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual design across all products and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping software, including but not limited to:
• Adobe XD
• Sketch
• Figma
• InVision
• Axure RP
• Marvel
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Balsamiq
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Experience with usability testing tools like UserTesting, Hotjar, or similar.
• Familiarity with design systems and frameworks.
