About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful execution of our most critical projects. Your leadership will ensure that our ambitious initiatives, from concept to completion, align with Flow’s strategic objectives and exceed all expectations. You will leverage your expertise to navigate complex challenges, maintain cross functional alignment, drive program efficiency, and champion innovation across multiple disciplines.

You will be core to our ability to achieve our mission to fundamentally improve the experience and sense of community in multifamily living though the invisible application of modern technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, including technology, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and achievement of project milestones
  • Act as the primary liaison between project teams and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success
  • Identify opportunities for process and product innovation. Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into program management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Employ advanced problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the program management team. Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of a high-performing, agile program management office

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, supplemented by relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
  • At least 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex programs on time and within budget
  • Expertise in agile and traditional program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive performance
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example, promote a positive work environment, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement. Open to new ideas and approaches to achieve program excellence
