IFundWomen seeks a detail-oriented and organized Coaching Program Manager to support our coaching team. This role involves planning and executing virtual IFundWomen workshops, ensuring all coaching sessions, meetings, and events are efficiently organized, managing the coaching schedule, booking external speakers, hosting virtual office hours, and providing various administrative support services, including MailChimp communications, Zoom meeting management, Acuity scheduling, and supporting project management activities.

Responsibilities

Speaker Booking: Identify and book industry experts for various coaching workshops and webinars + manage the speaker schedule
Content Coordination: Coordinate and disseminate coaching content, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible to entrepreneurs.
Creating RSVP links and content marketing pages on the website promoting workshops
Running and managing the Zoom meetings, managing the chat, and keeping attendees engaged
Promoting workshops through IFW marketing and communication channels, including Mailchimp email promotions
Office Hours Admin: Organize and host virtual office hours for the coaching team, providing a platform for entrepreneurs to seek advice and guidance.
Coordinating and managing the schedules of private startup coaches via Acuity and Pipedrive
Coaching customer support: as needed, provide assistance with the coaching email alias to address customer queries
Communications Support: Create and manage coaching program email communications.

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in program management or project management at a tech company
Proficiency in Zoom, Google Apps, Mailchimp, Acuity, JIRA, Slack, Pipedrive, and other project management tools as needed
Understands the ins and outs of crowdfunding
Experience in online event planning or coordinating virtual office hours.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for supporting women entrepreneurs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Availability to work ~20 hours a week.

Previous experience working with coaching, accelerators, or educational programs.
