Rayo is a co-pilot designed to recreate web browsing for diverse disabilities, backed by Antler and recognized by ESCAP. As an impact startup born inside the world's most active startup generator Antler, we aim to make the online world more inclusive for millions of people with disabilities.

Role Description
We are looking for a CTO to lead, innovate, and shape the future of the company to make an impact. This is an opportunity to dedicate yourself to the company 100% 24/7. The evolvement of this role includes a sharp transition from a hardcore coder to a people manager.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s technology and product roadmaps;
• Define and implement scalable, efficient, and secure technology architecture and design principles;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive product innovations;
• Oversee the full life cycle of our technology products, from design and development to quality assurance and deployment;
• Enhance efficiency by collaborating with Product, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, create technical solutions, and deliver quality products;
• Manage and optimize the company’s product infrastructure and operations;
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance for our high-performing team of Engineers;
• Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the team, exploring new technologies and solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Attained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related experience
• Strong technical background with expertise in AI, software development, and engineering
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar senior technical leadership position in a tech company
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in founding and/or leading a startup from early to growth stage is a plus
• Proven business acumen in strategic planning, organizational development, and process optimization
• Knowledge of industry best practices in software development, digital products, and scalability
• Proficiency in English.
