Chloe Financial is on a mission to transform mortgage underwriting with innovative AI technology. We're developing an advanced Automated Underwriting System (AUS) to streamline and enhance the mortgage lending process, particularly for non-qualified mortgages (non-QM).

These loans cater to borrowers who don't meet the strict criteria of traditional mortgages, such as self-employed individuals and gig workers. What You'll Do

As our CTO / Founding Engineer, you will:

🚀 Lead the development of our AUS, from front-end to back-end.
🤖 Implement AI/ML algorithms for smarter loan processing.
🛡️ Ensure our platform is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
🤝 Collaborate closely with our experienced team to drive strategic tech decisions.
