Key Qualifications:

Work4Flow is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Development Manager who possesses an in-depth knowledge of managing and developing within an enterprise environment. Candidates will assist in leading administration, development, troubleshooting and acting as an escalation point. The manager will also research, design, implement, optimize, and maintain technical documentation.

A successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional technical, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. This person will be detail-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated, and be able to effectively communicate with and share information.

ServiceNow Devloper Experience: Must have hands on experience developing solutions in ServiceNow preferably in the Customer Service Management or ITSM domain.

Preferred Qualification:

Certified System Administrator
Certified Application Developer

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
