Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying decentralized AI systems. You will work closely with our blockchain and AI experts to create intelligent solutions that operate seamlessly within decentralized networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models that can be effectively integrated into decentralized systems.
• Develop algorithms that enhance the performance and scalability of decentralized AI networks.
• Collaborate with blockchain engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models with blockchain protocols.
• Conduct research and experiments to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of decentralized AI algorithms.
• Optimize models for performance and scalability in a decentralized environment.
• Implement secure and privacy-preserving machine learning techniques.
• Contribute to the development of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) that leverage AI capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, blockchain, and decentralized systems to continuously innovate and improve our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with blockchain technologies and smart contract development is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Solidity.
• Experience with decentralized networks and protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana) is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with federated learning and distributed machine learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles and privacy-preserving technologies.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Contributions to open-source projects in the blockchain or AI space.

Compensation:

• The role is initially compensated primarily with tokens and/or share options until certain company milestones are met. This is a unique opportunity to own a significant stake in the company and benefit from its growth and success.
