We are a boutique digital product design and development company specialized in WordPress development and design. We create web platforms, applications and custom software solutions. Based in Europe, we have been serving the WordPress community since 2010 with our innovative themes and plugins, some of which are featured in the official WordPress repository. We have also sold our products on various marketplaces such as Themeforest, Creative Market and Mojo Marketplace. Our mission is to create tailor-made WordPress solutions for clients across the globe. To achieve this, we are looking for full-stack web developers who share our passion and expertise.

Experience Required - 4+ years of experience in PHP and WordPress
CTC - Based on Experience and Assessment Performance

📔 Required Experience of Candidates:

Strong understanding of WordPress (must) and WooCommerce (preferred)
Core PHP(must) work experience of 3+years.
Proficient in MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming paradigm and MVC pattern
Familiarity with Git version control
Experience with other PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony
Experience with JavaScript front-end frameworks such as React or Vue
Experience with API integrations (such as payment gateways)
Independent project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork abilities with designers and developers
Strong problem-solving skills and learning capability

🔍 Your Responsibilities As a WordPress developer:

Developing and maintaining WordPress plugins and themes that meet the highest standards of quality and performance
Writing clean, testable and efficient code that follows the best practices of web development
Troubleshooting and Debugging issues that arise during development or deployment
Designing, developing and deploying new features and functionalities for web sites and web applications
Collaborating with other developers and designers to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience

📪 The hiring process consists of the following steps:

Total four rounds (2 assessments 1 plugin/theme test and final round with CEO)
