Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to work on our flagship multi-user creative web app. Working as part of the product engineering team, you’ll work on features that expand the creative possibilities of designers using the core design experience, as well as the community platform and marketplace.

What you’ll do:

• Work full-stack across our state of the art creative web app.
• Use best in class technologies such as TypeScript, React, Redux, Tailwind & GraphQL to build important features.
• Work with product and design to deeply understand the design intent behind features, and pay close attention to the details of their delivery.

We’d love to talk if you:

• Have proven experience of working with complex Single Page Applications.
• Have deep knowledge of a range of modern web technologies across the backend and frontend. Knowledge of TypeScript and React are essential.
• Are a strong self-starter and comfortable working independently.
• Enjoy solving complex problems with the simplest possible solutions, and contributing to excellent code quality.
• Have strong communication skills and experience collaborating closely with design and product.

Nice to have but not essential :

• In addition to the TypeScript layers of our front end stack, we also make use of Rust and WebGPU for the graphics engine. Experience of working with Rust, or an interest in learning, would be considered a major plus for this role.
• Understanding of the design and creative software space.
• Creative interests outside of work (photography, design, painting, 3D modeling, etc).
