Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in researching and writing grant and tender applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of grant writing, research, and project management within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research on available grants and tenders that align with Futurize's mission and projects.
Analyze eligibility criteria, application processes, and deadlines for various funding opportunities.
Assist in the preparation and writing of grant and tender proposals, ensuring all requirements and guidelines are met.
Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and documentation for applications.
Maintain a detailed and organized database of grant and tender opportunities, including tracking application statuses and deadlines.
Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines as part of the application process.
Provide regular updates and reports on research findings and application progress to the team.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online research tools.
Previous experience in grant writing or research is a plus, but not required.
