Organized in 2018, NUTS Finance is a blockchain development lab focused on creating the building blocks to enable financial applications on the blockchain.

We launched Tapio Protocol in 2021, a synthetic asset protocol for liquid staking tokens and raised over $4 million from industry leading institutional investors including: Polychain Capital, Hypersphere, Arrington and more.

Our lastest DeFi protocol, Pike a native cross-chain money market was launched at the end of 2023 and we have raised over $6.4m from our own community and users.

We Are Looking For a Dapp Engineer

Are you passionate about building crypto-native user experiences that are both delightful and highly functional? Do you thrive in a distributed team environment and excel in delivering high-quality frontend and backend software? If so, we want you on our team!

Key responsibilities

• Help us build crypto-native UX that is both delightful and highly functional
• Deliver and own features and projects from the beginning to mainnet
• Collaborate with a distributed team to ship high-quality FE/BE software
• Design and develop scalable Dapps — ensuring maximum speed, high availability and performance
• Develop and maintain backend services for smart contract interactions — focus on creating robust APIs, handling tasks like events listening and on-chain data retrieval
• Specialize in smart contract lifecycle management — from creating deploy pipelines to conducting automated testing and in-house security checks
• Optimize on-chain data processing — building tools for parsing, storing, and querying on-chain data to support real-time analytics and dashboards
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects, working closely with designers and growth/business teams
• Advance our infrastructure-as-code approach — taking a hands-on role in the continuous integration and delivery pipelines

Requirements

• You can work with high autonomy from spec, implementation, deployment, monitoring and patching your code
• 3+ years experience with Web3 libraries (e.g. ethers.js, viem, wagmi)
• 5+ years experience with Node.js
• Mastery of CI frameworks and tools, including Github Actions, Circle CI
• 5+ years experience with highly scalable Web API engineering
• Extensive experience in shipping production-grade code
• Strong experience with high throughput DB systems
