Duration: 4-6 months

Job Description: Join Mrikal as a Backend Intern, where you will contribute to building scalable and robust backend systems. Work with our talented team to migrate legacy applications to modern architectures and support the development of new SaaS products.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and maintaining server-side logic and databases.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Help migrate monolithic applications to microservices and serverless architectures.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the codebase quality.
• Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability.

Skillset:
• Basic understanding of server-side languages like Node.js.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and serverless technologies like AWS Lambda.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn new backend technologies and best practices.
