UX Designer

Note- The stipend for this role is Rs 10,000/month, with ppo. Time duration - 3 months

UI/UX designer's responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements & building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software & wireframe tools. You should also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional & appealing features that address our clients' needs & help us grow our customer base.

Role:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Design wireframes, prototypes, & high-fidelity mockups
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible & can be effectively implemented
• Present designs to stakeholders & effectively communicate design decisions and trade-offs
• Develop and maintain a design system for consistency and coherence (i.e. fonts, colors, images, etc.)
• Create original graphic designs
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Deliver a fully functional, style-oriented, ready-to-implement design

Requirements:

• Experience in UI/UX design or a similar role with a portfolio
• Proficient in designing software like Figma(must), Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• A good understanding of gamification and UX writing along with its implementation is needed
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time management skills
