Our ideal Email Marketing Developer at Designity is a client-focused professional adept at building sophisticated and responsive email campaigns using platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, and Salesforce. This role is dedicated to optimizing our clients' email marketing strategies through the effective use of HTML and CSS to create visually appealing and highly functional emails. You will collaborate closely with the respective project manager for each client, ensuring that all email campaigns are precisely aligned with client goals and are grounded in the latest trends, to drive impactful results.
Designity is a subscription-based collaborative creative platform that enables creatives and businesses to collaborate more effectively through unique and innovative model. This collaborative approach has convinced both small and large companies, including Calendly, Kung Fu Tea, and Marriott Hotels, to use Designity for their design and marketing efforts instead of traditional, costly, and inefficient alternatives.

Responsibilities:
-Execute Marketing Initiatives: Implement marketing campaigns that enhance client engagement through expert segmentation, lead capturing, and innovative problem-solving.
-Develop Unique Strategies: Design and audit campaign strategies, leveraging drip campaigns and Salesforce to optimize the customer funnel and web presence.
-Measure and Report: Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze lead generation and funnel performance, and ensure alignment with both client objectives and Designity's goals.
-Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of diverse and high-quality marketing projects, meeting client needs across various industries.
Qualifications:
-Email Marketing Expertise: 2+ years in email development with a strong focus on using platforms like Pardot, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
-Driven by Results: Committed to creating email campaigns that captivate and engage users, driving measurable outcomes.
-Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML and CSS, with a strong ability to build responsive and attractive email designs.
-Campaign Development Savvy: Experienced in designing, implementing, and measuring the success of email marketing campaigns.
-Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
-Organizational Skills: Excellent at managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Proactive and Team-Oriented: Able to initiate and execute projects with minimal guidance while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
