About the job
Who we are
Marathon Data is on a mission to redefine the landscape of brand measurement by modernizing and connecting it to financial results. Founded by proven brand and B2B software builders (cofounders of Chubbies Shorts, which was acquired for nine figures and then led a ten-figure IPO, and Loop Returns, the largest returns and exchanges platform on Shopify), we aim to build a robust, modern data infrastructure that empowers businesses to measure, analyze, and optimize their brand’s impact on financial performance.
As we build the only reliable dataset that fully encompasses what it takes to make a large-scale, profitable brand, we also plan to use the latest ML/AI technologies to explore new opportunities for our customer brands to automate and enhance their demand-generation activities.
At Marathon Data, we thrive at the intersection of creativity, psychology, and mathematics. Our culture is driven by a relentless pursuit of increased customer profitability through innovative solutions, empathetic interactions, and actionable insights.
Our team is dedicated to transforming our customers' data into actionable insights and meaningful metrics. As we gear up for our next development phase, we’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist who’s a master at their craft.

Cross-Functional Experience: You have worked closely with marketing teams, understanding the nuances of marketing strategies and marketing-specific terminology.
Who you are
Passionate about Data Science: You live and breathe data science and have a body of work that showcases your love for building and advancing high impact, and accurate, data science models.
A Problem Solver: You thrive on tackling complex problems and finding innovative solutions that drive forward project goals.
