The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Lead Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic and high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience, with at least 3 years of leading frontend engineering teams, and a strong background in working on production-quality codebases using React/Next.js for responsive web applications.
As the Lead Frontend Engineer, you will spearhead the frontend engineering team and managing a team of talented frontend engineers. Staying abreast of the latest cutting-edge technologies, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions to fuel our growth.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading a frontend team, designing scalable codebases, and adhering to best development practices
- In-depth knowledge of the latest cutting-edge technologies and libraries with potential for integration into our tech stack
- Proficiency in Next.js & experience with Tailwind or Chakra UI
- Familiarity with Vercel and its serverless functions
- Proficient in React hooks (useState, useEffect, useMemo) and context API4
- Expertise in state management using Zustand
- Background in Web3.js or Ethers.js
- Understanding of DeFi projects such as Compound, Uniswap, and similar ventures
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Vim/Emacs
- Enthusiasm for Arch Linux
- You care about moving fast and getting things done
