Business Development Intern (f/m/d)

As our Business Development Intern, you will strengthen our successful Business Development Department in Berlin. You will not only get to know the vast and exciting world of real estate but also gain initial experience in customer interaction and sales. You will be an integral part of our team, actively shaping the future of Wunderflats alongside your colleagues.

This position provides a great opportunity for anyone aspiring to a career in Business Development, Sales or Customer Success.

We are looking for an intern in Berlin available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 6 months.

Your day-to-day:

• Build strong relationships with landlords by providing exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with our Business Development Team to acquire, verify, and onboard new landlords.
• Take part in various research projects to identify key strategies and solutions that will help us scale.
• Influence sales and support the monthly sales targets of our amazing Sales Manager.
• Maintain and update customer databases, playing a key role in keeping our information reliable and up-to-date.
• Gain deep insights into the German real estate market. You’ll have opportunities to continuously build your expertise, making you a valuable team player and boosting your career skills.

You'll be successful if you…

• Are fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Have previous experience in customer-facing roles, comfortable interacting with a diverse range of personalities.
• Possess a strong empathetic personality, able to connect with customers, and demonstrate self-confidence and customer focus.
• Have a keen eye for identifying areas where processes can be automated and made more efficient, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
• Demonstrate creativity, a hands-on mentality, and a goal-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Enjoy switching between different tasks and wearing multiple hats.
• Are able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
