Position Overview:

We are looking for an unpaid Software Engineering Intern with a keen interest in Acquisition. You'll play a crucial role in devising and implementing innovative acquisition strategies. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to harness data-driven insights and propel our user acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Growth and Engineering teams to brainstorm and prioritize innovative growth experiments.
• Code and deploy strategic acquisition initiatives using automation tools.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities in user acquisition channels.
• Refine acquisition strategies based on outcomes of experiments and ongoing data analysis.
• Suggest enhancements to the Seam platform to meet evolving acquisition needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical program.
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of growth hacking tools and methodologies, especially in user acquisition.
• Analytical thinker with a strong foundation in data analysis and metrics-oriented decision-making.
• Self-driven with a passion for tech innovation and growth strategies.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, thriving in fast-paced environments.
