FortMesa is a subscription cybersecurity software company (B2B2B Cyber SaaS) that enables service providers to deliver security and culture.

Responsibilities
The individual that joins the FortMesa team to fill this role will help build one of the most successful channel operations in history.
An optimal candidate for this role will join the team and work quickly to make strong relationships with our existing partner base. The candidate will work intimately with the existing founding team to ensure an optimal strategy is being executed. The candidate will be hands on in building and growing the success team and operation for the FortMesa brand. An ideal candidate will feel at home hands on as well as developing strategy.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate will have some or all of the following qualifications:
- Channel Experience
- Experience managing success programs
- Experience managing teams
- Experience owning and reporting on KPIs and team performance
- Experience managing long term initiatives
- Process oriented
- Experience building sustainable teams
An ideal candidate may have some of the following qualifications and we'd be thrilled:
- Direct or indirect sales experience
- Direct or indirect customer service experience
- Direct or indirect experience in security functions
- Experience in sports or other team environments
