About Impact Hustlers
Impact Hustlers is a global community of impact-driven founders solving the world's toughest social & environmental problems.

We support the humans behind the startup with peer learning and access to experienced founders & investors. We create safe spaces to talk candidly, openly & level up!

Impact Hustlers runs an online community, regular events for founders and the annual ClimateTech Founders Summit with 5000+ participants expected to join in 2023. In 2023 we’re launching our new in-person chapters in London, San Francisco & Bay Area, New York City, Paris & Berlin.

Our Founding Chapter Directors
As a Founding Chapter Director, you are responsible for establishing a vibrant local community of founders solving global social & environmental problems.

We aren’t looking for employees. We are looking an entrepreneurial founding chapter director who is keen to position themselves as a local community builder, while independently managing chapter operations including event & speaker management, sponsor & venue acquisition as well as ticket sales and marketing.

Chapter directors retain 80% of all profits generated by their chapter while receiving support from the global team.

Your responsibilities are:

• Organizing ten events annually, including fireside chats, dinners, parties & meetups.
• Collaborating with the Impact Hustlers team on speaker curation, event management & promotion
• Acquiring local chapter sponsors to fund your operations
• Marketing your events & selling event tickets, targeting 50-150 attendees per event
• Managing a team of volunteers to help you build a fantastic chapter

This role is for you if:

• You enjoy running events & bringing people together
• Want to build a truly valuable community in your local ecosystem
• You already have a strong network of founders & investors, but want to expand and grow it
• You aren’t afraid of being entrepreneurial, independent & wearing many hats (Event management, sponsorship, marketing, sales, and more)

This role is not a fit for you if:

• You're looking for full-time or part-time employment
• You don't have a strong bias toward entrepreneurial action

This role requires an average commitment of 6-10 hours per week, but commitment may be higher in the chapter launch phase.

Note that Chapter directors don’t receive a salary. Instead, they receive 80% of profits generated by the chapter and support from the Impact Hustlers team.
