We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong background in SaaS sales to help drive our company’s growth by generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales and a deep understanding of the technology landscape. You will play a key role in building relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs, and demonstrating how MindCloud’s solutions can add value to their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions that meet their business needs.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities for service improvements.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of the products and services offered by MindCloud and the issues they solve for our clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to capitalize on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Achieve monthly quotas of scheduled demos and qualified opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the SaaS or cloud services industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics within the tech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at negotiating and persuading others while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Experience with CRM software and tools to efficiently track interactions and sales progress.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and adhere to timelines.
