Project Manager

MindCloud is a rapidly growing software integration startup. We deliver white-glove service to clients syncing their data across multiple platforms.

We are looking for a Project Manager to own the delivery of all projects from start to finish with a quality that delights our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Be present on sales calls to understand client needs and inform the sales team on pricing and complexity.
• Run launch calls with clients to extract all detailed requirements.
• Write up these requirements in full detail for turnover to the development team.
• Assign projects to developers and work with them to complete the project on time.
• Act as the relay between the client and the development team.
• Run QA on all projects before delivery to clients.

• Completed projects with rave reviews from clients.

Required Skills:

• Charismatic with excellent communication skills.
• Must love talking to clients.
• Ability to lead a team and run projects from start to finish.
• Ability to get dones.
• While being a developer is not required, you must have a technical mind and be able to dive into technical documentation and have a firm understanding of APIs.

Bonuses:

• Bonuses will be rewarded for projects completed on time and turned over to Operations.
