The Role

As a Client Support Advisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring a consistent day to day client experience. You will be interfacing with HR professionals, C-level executives, people leaders, and other decision-makers at our client companies. You will be the technical expert on the Client Services team and responsible for first-line client interactions via email and Zendesk tickets. You will work across our client base and have a far-reaching impact on our client’s experience with us.

You’re a natural problem solver and relationship builder. You’ll work closely with Butterfly’s Client Success Managers to partner on the client experience. Your main focus will be on the day to day client inquiries and product-related tasks.

We’re a small but growing team in search of a dedicated individual who is passionate about the client experience, has a keen eye for detail, is inspired by continuous learning, and enjoys process discovery and optimization.

About you:

  • You will spend the majority of your time interacting with users by, video conference, email and occasionally by phone.
  • You are a natural problem solver and love working with customers in helping them succeed with our tools
  • You will work cross-functional with other teams to triage customer feedback and help customers with potential troubles
  • You will help customers understand the value of Butterfly and educate them about new products and features
  • You will have an opportunity to learn how Butterfly works as a startup and make a real impact on the business

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all aspects of the client support process with our tools like Zendesk
  • Support our team with client readiness for Butterfly launch through client onboarding, training, and success
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis of clients’ data and produce reports based on the findings
  • Build client team structures and make team structure updates within the Butterfly platform to help customers reflect their teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth and international work environment
  • Build client relationships

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, team-oriented, self-starter who is capable of thriving in a startup environment
  • Strong organization, analytical, and project management skills and the ability to effectively juggle between multiple projects
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Suite (Experience with SQL and Python is a big plus!)
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Comfortable working remote
